The food menu disappointing. The lady on our roulette table didn’t give us enough time to allow us to put our chips on. Not a friendly atmosphere compared to other grosvenor casinos. Such a shame.
It definitely has an old school vibe and could use a bit of a revamp, but still was a pleasant experience. Doormen and security look intimidating, but were so friendly. I'm not a gambler but I'm definitely coming back here to watch my friends win again :)

Wrecked the vibe to be perfectly honest as we was super tiered and could have done with a nap before enjoying the rest of our night. We was really annoyed and not one staff member had the decency to even apologise for the delay. We both decided to leave and just go back home by 9pm the same evening. Very poor experience and a complete waste of money.
The shop also sells a wide take of kits and merchandise from England and Warwickshire kits to bats/hats/balls to kits from other International teams when playing England. England and Hundred matches also usually have games/entertainment for kids just outside the seating area.
The gaming floor was busy and the atmosphere was excellent for a Friday. Had some food, where the prices were quite reasonable, and a real ale from the Bar.

Excellent casino, helpful staff and a good range of machines just try to avoid peak hours as the tables can get quite busy. Pints of Guinness were top notch. Big up the security blokes, sound group of people, do their jobs well. Well done guys ????
I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel for 1 night, I am glad I did not stay any longer. Halfway through the night as me and my partner were asleep we were woken up to a noise coming from the adjacent room to ours. The noise was brief and at the time we were unable to make out what it was. However, at this point we were now awake and attempted to fall back to sleep. At approximately 7.30am we heard a noise again, this time we were more alert to it as we were unable to fall back to sleep. The noise was coming from the adjacent room again and there was a rhythmic banging noise which lasted around 30 minutes. You will find on this review a video of the noise as evidence. We could also hear moaning coming from the room so it became clearly evident that there was a sexual interaction taking place. This was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing and completely ruined our stay at the hotel. At the point of check out we raised this with the person at the desk, who advised he was the manager named Mark. He showed pelo empathy at all regarding our horrible experience and did nothing in regards to handling the complaint.
The hospitality is very good and the food taste really good. I love the secret garden restaurant. It has a bar restaurant as well which is accessible till early morning. I can say that it is one of the best Hyatt hotels I have stayed or visited.
Not a big casino like I'm used to, but still decent with a few tables and some slot machines. Place was clean, they had servers running drinks and they're fairly cheap!
I found the place really interesting, the was a lot of food, varieties to choose from. I at what looked familiar to be it it was an overall beautiful experience...

I would use it for cricket if teams were playing that l was a fan of. Overall l recommended this place for events especially due to read more It's central location. Parking is available and there's plenty of it.
